Managing Director

Stephen joined the company as an Associate in 1995, becoming Managing Director in 2007, following the retirement of Graham Masefield and the successful incorporation of Masefields Consultancy Services Ltd into the new company of Masefields Architects & Surveyors.

Stephen’s role in the new company extends to driving the business forward to facilitate the company’s growth and profitability. Stephen’s extensive technical expertise as a chartered building surveyor is augmented by his ability to lead and to achieve the success of projects through an understanding of the complete development process.

Mike Brabbs

Director of Architecture

Mike Brabbs trained at Aston & Hull and has been practising as a chartered architect in Birmingham for more than 20 years. Mike first joined Masefields in 1998 and was appointed director of architecture in 2006.

His experience includes new and historic church redevelopment and conservation, community buildings, special needs accommodation and care facilities, educational and industrial buildings bringing a fresh perspective to Masefields current residential and commercial projects.
