Michael Brabbs has become Masefields qualified NHER Authorised SAP Assessor, and is now able to provide guidance and advice to our clients to ensure that residential building plans meet the requirements of Part L1A and L1B of the Building Regulations.

The NHER Rating will include the SAP assessment and the Design Emission and Target Emission rates (DER and TER) required for Building Regulations and for EcoHomes Assessments.
